I am very excited to be joining the Royal LePage®family!! Entering into my 3rd full year as a Realtor, where I see my business in 5 years, how I want to serve my clients better, and laying the groundwork to eventually have my own team, I was in alignment with RLP leadership and the brand itself!! I come from a background in sales management, business development, team building and door-to-door sales, mainly inside the home security services industry. I excelled in that industry because I have a passion for helping people. The same passion I bring to the table in making the sometimes stressful real estate process, an honest, enjoyable and fun experience for all my clients! I am 35 years young and am really looking to take my business and my life to the next level in the upcoming years. I am determined, driven, ambitious, maintain a high level of energy, constantly pushing the bar higher in my life and use them all to deliver over and above results. Lauren is a dynamic and personable Broker on the Smith Zylik Realty Group. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Economics and Marketing from McMaster University. Lauren has been working as a Realtor for 8 years, alongside her mother, Linda. Having grown up in a real estate family--her mother a realtor, and father and brother work as custom home builders--Lauren brings deep industry insight and a true appreciation for the dedication required to deliver exceptional results. She grew up in Oakville, but moved to Burlington 4 years ago where she met her husband, Jeff Smith who has successfully convinced them to move to RLP Burloak! Lauren loves running along the Burlington waterfront (where her and Jeff met), working out, reading, and wine tastings!

About Linda Zylik
Linda was born and raised in Oakville to immigrant parents from Italy. In 1988, was married and licensed as a realtor. Worked full time until her 3rd child in 3 years was born (that would be Lauren). A few days after Lauren was born, Linda tossed her pager out her back sliding door! Got back to work 15 years later. 8 years ago, Lauren joined Linda and today they are here at RLP Burloak with Lauren's husband, Jeff Smith. Interests and hobbies center around physical fitness; spin, pilates, and long walks.
